A highly foamed polyethylene rod widely used as backup material for elastic sealants in architectural and civil engineering applications.
Through the “backup effect,” it disperses the stress on the sealant and achieves two-sided adhesion, thereby contributing to shape retention and preventing peeling.
It is also suitable for various civil engineering structures, including building joints, bridges, and seawalls.
