At the Sekisui Chemical Minase Innovation Center, we have renovated our exhibition area to provide a clearer understanding of our business and latest initiatives.
Exhibition Area Reopens
Until now, the exhibition area at Minase Innovation Center has primarily showcased our group's products and development items.
This time, to invigorate discussions on new business ideas with our customers, and in response to the frequent request we received during visits to deepen understanding of our technology – particularly as many cases progressed from tours to co-creation – we have significantly renewed our exhibition content. This renewal focuses on our core Technology Platform (TPF), enabling visitors to gain a deeper understanding from a technological perspective.
The new exhibition area provides a detailed introduction to TPF through displays that allow visitors to ‘see, touch, and experience’ it. For example, you can experience the adhesive control technology by actually peeling tape off acrylic TPF, and observe the adhesion to glass, puncture resistance, and impact resistance of PVA/B TPF used as an interlayer for laminated glass. Additionally, we have prepared exhibits where you can experience Epoxy TPF, Filler Composite TPF, Foam TPF, and Microparticle TPF. Through these exhibits, we aim to create a space where co-creation ideas with our customers continuously emerge.
Furthermore, we actively update our latest development products applying various technologies. We also actively pursue initiatives to solve various social issues with our external partners, including exchange of opinions and technical meetings combined with tours.
