1Strong adherence

CheckTest of adherence to FPC bending part

  • Stick a piece of tape to the FPC and stick it to another board with the part bent.
  • With the part bent, leave it for 24 hours at 85°C and check the visual appearance.

2Excellent anti repulsion property

CheckTest of PI bending (anti repulsion) substitute

  • Stick a 2 mm×20 mm piece of double-sided tape to a PC board (1 mm thick).
  • Attach PI film in tape form (0.05 mm thick) and apply pressure back and forth once with a 2 kg roller.
  • Let the film sit for three hours at 23°C, 50%RH to cure.
  • Bend the PI film and fix it to the back of a PC board with double-sided tape to test the adhesion between tape and PI film.
Results

○ = No change  △ = 0.1 to 0.5 mm lifting  
× = 0.5 mm or more lifting or peeling
